Brian is a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University and Vincennes University. Along with being in the ministry for 20 years, he has also served in the Indiana Army National Guard. Brian enjoys the outdoors (especially kayaking the Flat Rock River) and working in the yard. Brian also coaches tennis for the Southwestern Boys team. Brian’s wife, Kristina, is also a Cincinnati Christian University graduate and works for the Bartholomew County school system. She is the Secretary at Parkside Elementary. She loves photography, scrapbooking, and gardening. Brian and Kristina have two children, Dakota, a recent graduate of University of Indianapolis, and Sydney who is a recent graduate at Southwestern High School. Dakota is a talented young man teaching History at Southport High School. In December, he married his high school sweetheart, Lauren. Sydney is very personable and quick with a joke. She loves animals of all kinds and enjoys working in 4H.
Becky graduated from Indiana University and has dedicated the past 13 years to raising her 4 kids, Levi (14), Mallory (12), Harper (10), and Jonah (8) who attend school at Southwestern. She and her husband, Scott, moved from Whiteland 6 years ago and love living in the Southwestern Community. Scott works for Cummins and is an avid deer hunter. Becky is also an instructor and owner of Jazzercise Franklin Fitness Center where she fulfills her love of dance and encouraging others.
Lori is a graduate of Rush County Schools and PJ's Beauty College. She owns and operates Your Style Hair Salon in Shelbyville. Lori, along with husband Travis and children Kyle and Callie, joined Flat Rock Christian Church in 2018. Lori enjoys being actively involved in all of the kids activities. She also enjoys watching movies, going to concerts, hanging out with family and friends, and playing with her 4 dogs, Sophie, Roxie, Ivy, and Ellie. Lori has taught Bible School, Sunday School, Wee Worship, and excited to be a part of the ministry here at our church.
Carol was born and raised in Shelby County. She graduated from Southwestern High School and Johnson Bible College and was blessed with two wonderful children, Alex and Nichole. She lives with her dog, Ren, and 3 cats. In addition to working full-time in HR at Major Hospital, she enjoys music, cake decorating and judging dog shows. As a lifetime member of FRCC, she has served in a variety of roles including Music Director, Youth Group leader and Financial Secretary. She is excited about her new role as Worship Coordinator and looks forward to serving as a FRCC staff member.
